SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped out in 1-3 business days as Priority Mail per the United States Postal Service. Customers who place orders will be acknowledged thru email the same. When the purchased products are shipped, the customer will be notified with their tracking information.

RETURN , EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

There are no returns on Chondrus Crispus ( Irish Seam Moss) gel or Organic Butters. Soaps can be returned and refunded if they are in their original sealed package within 21 days from purchase. We to not pay for shipping and handling to return or exchange product. Refunds will be issused once the soap has been received.
